Brilliant Travel unveils spring recruitment campaign

Brilliant Travel, the Homeworking & Managed Service Travel Partner (MSTP) division of the Barrhead Travel Group, has announced the launch of its spring recruitment campaign which went live on Saturday 29th March.

Launching the new-look campaign across all social media platforms and the dedicated Brilliant Travel website, the group has confirmed that it will be recruiting for home-based agents (Brilliant Travel specialists) as well as MSTPs.

During 2024, Brilliant Travel grew its homeworking network by 60 percent as well as welcoming new MSTP members and supporting existing members to expand their businesses. Most new home-based agents are experienced in travel while their MSTP network has seen a blend of new-to-travel joining as entrepreneurs in addition to travel experts looking to take the next step in their careers.

Pyle highlighted that the market for independent travel businesses was still healthy but pointed to the fact that many are choosing to specialise:
