Accessibility in Action

Today, Dan Steabler, our BDM, attended an Accessibility Workshop Day with our Managed Partner, Now Let’s Travel, alongside 16 members of their team.

Hosted on-site at Newcastle Airport, the day included insightful presentations from:

Laura Hartshorne, Aviation Manager, who shared a comprehensive overview of passenger services, with a strong focus on accessibility.

Tom, Passenger Service Training & Compliance Lead, who highlighted the vital day-to-day operations that ensure a positive and inclusive experience for every customer

It was an informative and engaging day, reinforcing just how important accessibility is at every stage of the passenger journey.
