South Africa Experience

Day 1

Our Brilliant Travel VIPs kicked off their South Africa adventure with the most unforgettable first day at Aquila Game Reserve and WOW, what a start!

From elephants to lions and everything in between, the team enjoyed an incredible safari!

The celebrations continued into the evening with a beautiful dinner and two special birthdays

Day 2

Day Two kicked off bright and early with an incredible morning game drive and the sightings did not disappoint!

The team spotted giraffes, elephants, hippos, zebras, three lionesses and even rhino!

After breakfast, the team travelled to Franschhoek, with a meaningful stop at the Nelson Mandela Freedom Statue, right outside the gates where he began his long walk to freedom.

A truly special moment

The day continued with a relaxed lunch and a beautiful dinner at their stunning hotel. Bring on day 3!

Day 3

Day Three was all about soaking up the best of Franschhoek starting with a gorgeous journey on the Wine Tram through the valley

The team visited two incredible vineyards:

• Mont Rochelle (Richard Branson’s estate)

• Rickety Bridge a classic favourite

In the afternoon, they made their way to Cape Town, finishing the day with dinner at the breathtaking Twelve Apostles Hotel. With the mountains behind and the beach right in front, it’s truly a show-stopping spot.

Day 4

Day Four was all about those views, and the team were absolutely blown away

The day started with a stunning drive along Chapman’s Peak

Next stop: the legendary Cape of Good Hope - windy, wild and completely breathtaking, the kind of place that makes you feel tiny and huge all at once

And of course… Boulders Beach! The African penguins stole the show, waddling around like the cutest little chaos machines

Day 5

Day Five brought a mix of adventure and relaxation for our Brilliant Travel Members

Some of the daredevils took to the skies for a windy helicopter ride over Cape Town talk about views!

Meanwhile, the rest of the group opted for a little retail therapy and explored the shops in the city

The afternoon was all about unwinding with some chilled time by the pool, before heading to Spyced for an evening of delicious food and entertainment
